摘要
根据渐开线齿轮的形成原理和齿轮啮合原理推导出包含齿根过度曲线的齿轮齿廓曲线的参数化数学模型,在MATLAB中分模块编写精确齿廓曲线、轴孔曲线的程序,根据输入不同的齿轮参数自动生成多种齿轮的两端面轮廓、引导线、齿轮轴孔轮廓和键槽轮廓的数据点并存储在ibl格式文件中,将ibl格式文件修改后导入Pro/E,通过简单处理便可生成全参数化精确直齿圆柱齿轮或斜齿圆柱齿轮的三维模型,从而大大提高了齿轮设计的精度和效率,并为后续的齿轮仿真分析奠定基础。
In this paper,based on the formation of involute gears and meshing theory,the mathematical model parameters of a gear tooth profile curve which contain dedendum transition curve was established Modularize program of tooth profile curves and axle hole curves was compiled in MATLAB.According to different input parameters of the gears,which automatically generating data points of two transverse tooth profiles,guide lines,axle holes profiles,keyway profiles of different gears and stored in the ibl file.Then modify it and import Pro/E,and simply deal with and generate accurate model of a fully parametric gear which is the spur gear or helical cylindrical gear thus greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of gear-designing,This work presents a good foundation for the followup simulation of the gear.
