摘要 垂直铣头是数控落地铣镗床和龙门镗铣床主机功能扩展比较重要的部分铣头类功能部件之一,配套于龙门镗铣床或卧式铣镗床主机,扩大主机的加工范围。通过液压和电气联合控制实现主机高效加工。考虑垂直铣头传动系统弧齿锥齿轮的扭转振动作用,利用Lagrance法建立XK(H)2740数控龙门镗铣床垂直铣头传动系统的扭转动力学模型。采用Newmark-β法计算了在啮合刚度和误差激励作用下的传动系统的动态响应,得出系统动态特性良好等结论,为附件铣头传动系统的动态优化再设计奠定了基础。 Vertical milling head is one of the important part of milling head type components of host function expansion for CNC floor-type milling and boring machine gantry boring and milling machine,supporting the gantry boring milling machine or horizontal milling boring machine host,enlarging the processing range of the host.Through hydraulic pressure and electric control it can achieve host efficient processing.Taking torsional vibration of vertical milling head spiral bevel gear transmission system into account,a XK(H)2740 CNC gantry boring and milling machine tool of accessories transmission system torsional vibration model was established by Lagrance method.Matlab software and Newmark-βmethod was used to calculate the dynamic response of accessories transmission system of XK(H)2740 by considering mesh stiffness and error.The transmission system was verified to have an excellent dynamic performance,providing significant guidance for dynamic optimization and redesign of transmission system.
