Numerical Simulation of New-type Jet Fertilizing Pump

摘要 针对现有的活塞式施肥泵存在的问题,设计出一种新型射流施肥泵。利用Pro/E软件完成射流施肥泵的造型,运用Fluent软件进行数值模拟。以射流元件关键结构参数为因素,以活塞平均运动速度和切换频率为试验指标,对射流施肥泵进行了正交试验设计,并应用极差与方差分析法对活塞平均运动速度和切换频率的主要影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,喷嘴宽度和深宽比对活塞平均运动速度的影响显著;位差对切换频率的影响显著。通过多元线性回归分析,建立了活塞平均运动速度和切换频率与射流元件关键结构参数之间的回归模型,可为射流施肥泵结构设计与量化分析提供理论依据。 Aiming at the existing problems of the piston fertilizing pump,a new-type jet fertilizing pump was designed.Through using the Pro/E software,the model of the jet fertilizing pump was established and the computational fluid dynamics software,Fluent,was adopted to simulate the flow of the new-type jet fertilizing pump.The orthogonal experiment design of the new fertilizer pump,in which the key components of the jet structural parameters were the main factors and the piston average velocity and the switching frequency were the test index,was carried out.The impact of the key structural parameters on the piston velocity and the switching of the average frequency were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the piston average velocity was significantly affected by the nozzle width and aspect ratio,while the switching frequency was significantly affected by the potential difference.According to the linear multivariable regression method,the regression models of the piston average velocity and the switching frequency with the jet components structural parameters were established,which can provide a theoretical basis for the jet fertilizing pump structural design and quantitative analysis.
