熊胆粉减少脑缺血损伤大鼠缺血半暗带皮层神经细胞凋亡的机制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨熊胆粉减少脑缺血损伤大鼠缺血半暗带皮层神经细胞凋亡的机制。方法:70只SD大鼠行永久性大脑中动脉闭塞术(pMCAO),根据longa评分(大于等于2分)随机分层分为5组给予不同灌胃治疗。治疗后利用免疫组化技术测定缺血半暗带皮层Bcl-2、Bax、CytC、caspase-9和caspase-3表达的变化。结果:尼莫地平组较模型组缺血半暗带皮层Bax、CytC、Caspase-9和Caspase-3表达减少,Bcl-2表达增加。结论:熊胆粉可参与调节脑缺血损伤缺血半暗带皮层神经细胞凋亡的线粒体途径(内途径)。 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Bear bile power reducing neuron apoptosis of ischemic penumbra cortex after cerebral ischemic injury. Methods: Cerebral ischemia was induced by permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion. After operatlon, the rats were stratified randomly divided into five groups according to their longa scores, respectively given different treatments. The immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expression of Bcl-2, Bax,CytC, Caspase-9 and Caspase-3 in isehemic penumbra cortex. Results:The expression of Bax,CytC, Caspase-9 and Caspase-3 in ischemic penumbra cortex of BBP group were decreased compared with model group, while the expression of Bcl-2 was increased compared with model group. Conclusion: Bear bile power can be involved in the regulation of mitochondrial pathway of neuron apoptosis in ischemic penumbra cortex after cerebral ischemic injury.
