摘要 克氏原螯虾雌性一生中与不同雄性交配多次,其特殊器官纳精可长时间储存精子,具备精子竞争产生的条件。利用不同群体克氏原螯虾的种间交配,对其精子竞争现象进行探讨。试验虾[质量(35.2±5.3)g]在水族箱(40cm×20cm×50cm)中雌雄分开暂养,保持水族箱中溶氧5mg/L,水温27℃,日换水1/2。采用单对交配的方法,待雌虾与一尾雄虾(♂1)交配成功后,再与另一尾雄虾(♂2)进行交配,最后培养雌虾至幼体孵化。采用扩增片段长度多态性分子标记技术对幼体及亲本之间的亲缘关系进行研究,6组试验中有4组出现了特殊性条带(雄1特有或雄2特有),其中有3组的P2值均超过70%,平均为(75.19±1.80)%。试验结果表明,克氏原螯虾存在精子竞争现象,且最后交配雄虾精子优先受精。该现象的产生与克氏原螯虾长时间抱对和长时间储存精子有一定关系,精子竞争的发生对克氏原螯虾的遗传多样性有一定影响。 The female red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkiz ) mate many nines m the mc, have special spermatheca which storage sperm for a long time, and provide sperm competition. The red swamp crayfish with body weight of(35. 2±5. 3) g were reared in aquarium(40 crux 20 crux 50 era) at dissolved oxygen level of 5 mg/L and water temperature of 27 ℃ to study the sperm competition by a single pair mating method. The AFLP revealed that there were particular marks in 66. 7~ of the test red swamp crayfish. The P2 values (offspring percentage from the last mating males) of over 70%, average (75. 19 ±1. 80)%, was observed in 3 testing groups, indicating that the red swamp crayfish showed sperm competition, and the last mating male sperm had priority of fertilization. The fertilization priority of the last mating was involved in long time copulation and sperm storage.
