摘要 为深入开发利用油茶,延长其产业链,通过微波消解处理茶油植物样品,以Be、Y、Sc、In、Re作为内标进行基体效应补偿,通过ICP-MS法首次测定了油茶植物的叶、枝、果及栽培土壤中的28种元素含量。结果表明:在油茶植物的叶、枝、果中都含有丰富的微量元素,其中有11种元素的含量在2 mg/kg以上,尤以Na、K、Al、Ca、Mg等元素含量较高;28种元素微波消解的方法定量限在0.002~0.13 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在94.98%~110.00%之间。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于植物中元素含量的分析。 In order to study the differences of trace elements Camellia oleifera Abel and efficacy,extend the industrial chain and utilization of Camellia oleifera Abel.ICP-MS was applied to simultaneously determine 28 elements concealed Camellia oleifera Abel for the first time.The sample was dissolved with microwave digesting.The matrix effect was corrected by the in-line addition of internal standard(Be,Y,Sc,In,Re).The analysis method is simple,rapid,accurate and fiting to the determination of elements in Chinese herbs.The limit of quantitation was in the range of 0.002 ~ 0.13 mg / kg.The recoveries were in the range of 94.98% ~ 110.00%.The result showed that large amounts of elements were embodied in Camellia oleifera Abel.There were 11 kinds of element content in 2 mg / kg above.The contents of Na,K,Al,Ca and Mg were in conformation with the medical effects of Camellia oleifera Abel.It can provide scientific basis for the continuing development of the effect of Camellia oleifera Abel provides.
