行为法经济学领域几个有争议的核心概念可译为:有限意志力、启发和启发法(例如:可得性启发、锚定和调整启发、代表性启发)、偏差(例如:现状偏差、锚定和调整偏差、后见之明偏差、自我中心偏差)。三大任务为:实证的、规定的和规范的。国外几位重要学者的译名为:丹尼尔.卡尼曼、马克.凯尔曼、克里斯汀.乔尔斯、凯斯.R..桑斯坦、理查德.塞勒、阿莫斯.特沃斯基。
Several controversial core concepts in the field of behavioral law and economics could be translated as follows： limited willpower,heuristic and heuristics（such as availability heuristic,anchoring and adjustment heuristic,representativeness heuristic）,bias（such as the status quo bias,anchoring and adjustment bias,hindsight bias,egocentric bias）.The three major tasks are empirical,regulations and norms.Several foreign scholars’names could be translated as follows： Danieal.Kahneman,Mark.Kelman,Christine.Jolls,CassoR..Sunstein,Richard.H..Thaler and Amos.Tversky.
