摘要
基于知识管理的数字档案馆是一种发展趋势,最近几年档案界已经开展了一些研究。从已有的研究成果来看,一些文献的研究视角分别是基于知识管理应用或者数字档案馆的,缺乏把两者整合当作一个整体的研究视角及其分析成果。本文以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)作为数据来源,对经过检索得到的从2002年至2012年间在主要期刊发表的,主题为基于知识管理的数字档案馆的文献,进行了基于文献计量法与内容分析方法的分析。文章对文献的年度分布、期刊分布、机构分布、关键词、作者、被引文献进行了统计分析,对研究的主题内容进行了归类和对每个主题的主要成果进行了内容分析,并且对每个主题的文献数量与年度分布进行了统计分析。最后,对该领域的研究进展、存在问题与今后需要加强的方面进行了综合分析,并提出了几点思考。
Digital archives based on knowledge management has become a development trend,and some studies have already been done in recent years.In this paper,we endeavored to analyze digital archives development and knowledge management application in China.At first,we targeted CNKI as our searching data sources,and locating on the topic of digital archive based on knowledge management,we retrieved 31 papers published in major journals between 2002 and 2012.Secondly,we adopted bibliometric method to analyze them in respects of their publishing years,journals,institutions,keywords,authors and bibliographies.Thirdly,we used content analysis method to study their contents.Finally we summarized the number of articles on each theme and their yearly distribution.Results of this study would give some insights to the research’s status quo,existing problems and future development.
