摘要
国际竞争是全球高等教育发展面临的必然挑战,国际化是高等学校提升自身实力和影响力的必由之路。来自七个国家的十所世界百强大学的国际化战略文本显示,世界一流大学国际化战略以服务学校核心职能为基础,呈现出开展世界一流的科学研究、培养未来各领域的领导者、提供世界一流的知识转化和咨询服务的内容特征,并且国际化战略管理呈现出以战略导向为管理重点、以战略伙伴为管理焦点和以战略实施为管理关键的特征。
International competition is the inevitable challenge of the global higher educa- tion development, therefore internationalization is the only road to promote the strength and influence power of the universities. Based on the internationalization strategy texts of ten world-class universities from seven countries, their internationalization strategies are based on serving the core function of the universities, and demonstrate to carry out world-class research, to cultivate future leaders and experts, and to provide world-class knowledge trans-fers and consulting services. During the strategy management process, world-class universi- ties concentrate on their strategic orientation, partnership and implementation.
