摘要
目的探讨急性颅脑外伤患者急性期血糖增高和病情严重程度及预后之间的关系及其应用价值。方法选择我院收治的156例急性期颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,在入院后对患者进行血糖检测,根据血糖情况分为高血糖组和正常血糖组,分析血糖变化同急性颅脑外伤患者预后的关系。结果血糖升高组的重型患者明显多于血糖正常组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖升高组中,轻度、中度及重度患者之间的血糖水平比较差异有统计学意义,且随着病情加重,血糖水平的升高更为明显。结论急性期颅脑损伤的患者其血糖测定指标越高,病情越严重;临床上采用血糖水平检测急性期颅脑损伤患者的近期预后观察指标。
Objective To study the influence factors of prognosis of plasma glucose on patients with acute brain injury.Methods All 156 cases of our choice were acute traumatic brain injury patients as the research object,in patients af ter admission to plasma glucose,studied the relationship of glucose changes on patients with acute brain injury.Results Blood glucose group of heavy patients than blood sugar normal group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Blood sugar height group,mild,moderate and severe patients blood glucose level is between the difference have statistical significance,and as the illness grew worse,the rise of blood sugar level is more obvious.Conclusion The blood glucose of the acute brain injury patients is higher.Strengthening the understanding of blood glucose monitoring in patients with acute brain injury can help to estimate the severity of the prognosis of the patients,to guide clinical treatments and to improve the prognosis of such patients.
