摘要
本文介绍军队中心医院科技成果转化情况,分析成果转化的制约因素,包括政策导向、认识层次、转化渠道及经费支持;并提出相应对策,要加强政策引导、强化观念转变、注重知识产权及加大院企合作等。
In the article,research achievements transformation in military hospital is introduced and constraints on achievements transformation including policy orientation,cognition level,transformational channel and fund support are analyzed.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including emphasis on policy guidance,concept change,intellectual property and expansion of cooperation between military hospital and companies,etc.
