摘要
采用NaOH改性固硫灰,通过X射线荧光衍射(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜/X射线能量色散谱(FESEM/EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析碱激发对固硫灰微观结构的影响。结果表明,碱激发固硫灰中无水石膏含量减少,石灰石含量增多。碱激发促使固硫灰中Al-O/Si-O发生重排,主要生成远程无序、近程有序的胶凝物质,凝胶中的细小晶体可能是沸石和石灰石的混合物。
NaOH solution was used to modify circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ashes (CFAs) . The microstructures of modified CFAs were investigated by X-ray fluorescence diffraction (XRF ) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),field emission scanning electronic microscope/energy dispersive spectroscopy (FESEM/EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) .The results showed that the content of anhydrite decreased while the content of limestone increased. Alkali treatment resulted in the rearrangement of bonds of the Al-O/Si-O in CFAs. The product of activated CFAs by NaOH was the cementing material which had remote disordered and short-range ordered structures. The tiny crystals in cementing material might be the mixture of zeolite and limestone.
