摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导对贫困大学生心理复原力的干预效果。方法采用团体辅导的方法对11名贫困大学生进行干预,采用前测、后测加追踪研究的实验设计,及自制团体反馈表的考察,验证团体辅导的效果。结果团体辅导后,除稳定性维度外,无论是总分还是其他各维度,后测得分均普遍高于前测得分。朋友支持维度前后测差异显著,自我接纳、稳定性、问题解决3个维度差异达到了边际水平,自我效能和家人支持2个维度差异不显著。追踪评估结果显示,团体辅导结束3个月后效果依然存在。结论团体辅导有助于贫困大学生心理复原力水平的提升,尤其在朋友支持维度方面效果尤为显著。
Objective To discuss the interventional effect of group guidance on the impoverished students' psychological resilience. Methods The method of group guidance was used for psychological intervention in 11 impoverished students. The effectiveness was checked with self-made feedback table, designed test of follow-up study before and after the intervention. Results After group guidance and except of stability dimension, the total scores and other dimensions had higher scores than before. There was a significant difference in friend-support dimension before and after the intervention. The dimensions of self-acceptance, stability and problem-resolving reached marginal level, and dimensions of self-efficacy and family-support had no significant difference. The results of follow-up study showed that the effectiveness of group guidance still existed after 3 months. Conclusion Group guidance is conducive for promoting impoverished students' psychological resilience, and the effectiveness is more signficant in friend-support dimension.
