摘要
目的总结Beger与Frey手术的手术技巧及在临床中治疗慢性胰腺炎的新进展,比较两种手术方案的临床疗效。方法将近年来接收的慢性胰腺炎患者根据自愿原则随机分为A、B两组,对A组患者采用Beger手术方案,对B组患者采用Frey手术方案,比较分析两组患者的术后临床疗效。结果 Beger手术与Frey手术的术后疗效无明显差异,但从手术的实施难易程度及患者术后病情恢复情况总体上看,Frey手术方案略显优势。结论随着Beger手术方案和Frey手术方案在临床上治疗慢性胰腺炎的应用,保留了消化道的完整性,可保证术后患者的正常消化功能及胰腺的正常生理功能,均能获得较好的临床效果,且手术操作危险性较小,值得在临床上作进一步探讨研究及推广。
Objective To summarize Beger Frey and the surgical techniques and research in the clinical treatment of chronic pancreatitis new progress,and compare the clinical efficacy of both operation scheme.Methods In recent years receiving chronic pancreatitis patients according to the voluntary principle completely random divided into A,B two groups,A group of patients using Beger operation scheme,the B group were treated by Frey operation scheme,and comparison and analysis of the two groups of patients with postoperative clinical curative effect of the conclusion.Results Beger surgery and postoperative effect of Frey surgery has no obvious difference,but from the implementation of the operation difficulty and postoperative patients with illness recovery in general speaking Frey operation plan slightly advantage.Conclusion As Beger operation scheme and Frey operation schemes in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis clinical application,keep the integrity of the digestive tract,can guarantee the normal postoperative patients with digestive function of the pancreas and the normal physiological function,all can achieve good clinical effect and operation risk is smaller,in clinic for further research and promotion.
