复合材料构件可制备性设计方法研究

摘要 本文介绍了基于制造工艺可制备性的复合材料产品设计方法。依据并行工程原理,利用复合材料的制备工艺对构件的设计方案进行评价,从设计 /制造系统一体化的角度来解决保证复合材料制造质量的问题。 This paper introduces the methodology of design for manufacturing for composite structures.According to the principle of Concurrent Engineering ,the manufacturability of a product design is evaluated based on the analysis of its curing process.The quality of composite structures is ensured by integration of design and manufacturing.
