摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端加压锁定钢板用于肱骨近端骨折治疗的疗效。方法选取我院进行治疗的肱骨近端骨折患者267例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用加压锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用传统内固定治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组优良率为85.39%,对照组优良率为62.92%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和术中出血量显著少于对照组,治疗费用显著高于对照组,肩关节疼痛、功能、活动范围和解剖位置评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肱骨近端加压锁定钢板用于肱骨近端骨折的治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,有助于术后肩关节功能的恢复,但其费用较高,应结合患者的经济情况,合理选用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal humerus locking compression plate for treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Methods In our hospital for treatment of proximal humeral fractures in patients with 178 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group with locking compression plate internal fixation, the control group was treated with traditional internal fixation, compared the treatment effect. Results In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 85.39%, control group, the excellent and good rate was 62.92%, significant difference （P〈0.05）; to observe the amount of hemorrhage group operation time and intraoperative significantly less than the control group, the cost of treatment was significantly higher than that in control group, the shoulder pain, function, range of motion and anatomical position scores were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion proximal humerus locking compression plate for treatment of proximal humerus fractures, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the operation time, less bleeding, contribute to the postoperative shoulder function recovery, but its high cost, should be combined with the economic situation of patients, reasonable selection.
