生脉注射液联合丹参注射液对小儿病毒性心肌炎的保护作用及机制研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨生脉注射液联合丹参注射液对小儿病毒性心肌炎的保护作用及机制。方法:189例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液和丹参注射液,比较治疗前后血清中白细胞介素(IL)-6、单核-巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α,干扰素(IFN)-γ、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)水平和心肌酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:治疗后,两组IL-6,MIF,TNF-α,IFN-γ,MDA,NO水平和心肌酶活性明显下降,SOD,GSH-Px活性明显上升(P<0.05 or P<0.01),尤其治疗组更加明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合丹参注射液能较好的抑制机体炎症反应,增强心肌清除自由基,减轻心肌损害的作用。 Objective: To explore protective effect and mechanism of Shengmai injections combined with Danshen injection on viral myocarditis in children.Method: One hundred and eight-nine cases with viral myocarditis were divided into two group randomly,the cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy while cases in treatment group were treated with Shengmai injections combined with Danshen at the base of conventional therapy,the level of interleukin(IL)-6,monocyte macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO) and activity of myocardial enzyme,superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were measured at treatment before and after.Result: The level of IL-6,MIF,TNF-α,IFN-γ,MDA,NO in both groups decreased significantly(P 0.05 or P 0.01),activity of myocardial enzyme in both groups decreased significantly and activity of SOD,GSH-Px in both groups increased significantly after treatment(P 0.05-P 0.01),indices change in treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Shengmai injections combined with Danshen Injection can inhibit inflammatory reaction and enhance myocardial free radical scavenging to reduce myocardial damage.
