摘要
顶岗实习是提高学前教育专业学生专业理论和技能的必要途径,也是学生在校全学程学习中一个重要的阶段。顶岗实习的全过程包括进园前的预备阶段、园内的顶岗实习阶段和离园后的评价总结阶段。在实习的全过程中,要确保对该三阶段的整合分析、科学规划、实时调查和严格管理,构建高效的学前教育专业学生顶岗实习的全过程管理机制。
Internship is the necessary way to improve the professional theory and skills pre-school education majors and is also a very important part in students' study in schools. The whole process of field work includes preparation, internship and evaluation. During the whole process, teachers are supposed to ensure the integration and analysis of the three stages, scientific planning and strict management and to construct efficient management mechanism of the whole process of field work for pre-school education majors.
