摘要
根据动梁式龙门机床双轴同步系统的结构及运动特点,将双轴同步系统的动态特性分为平动和扭转两部分分别进行动力学建模。基于模型推导出双轴不同步误差的解析计算公式,得到双轴同步系统中各结构参数以及加速度、速度输入信号对于不同步误差的定量影响关系。分析得到两轴传动刚度比、摩擦阻尼比以及机械耦合部分重心移动对于不同步误差的影响关系。在DK-1200机床上,实际测量几种不同输入信号下的双轴不同步误差,并将试验测量结果与理论计算结果相比较,验证了不同步误差计算公式的准确性。
According to the configuration movement feature of dual-drive system, the behavior of the dual-driving system is divided into two parts. The dynamic model of each one part is developed. Based on the dual-driving system model, the analytic formula of the non-synchronous error is derived. The quantitative relation between the structural parameters, the acceleration, velocity, and position input of the dual-driving system and the non-synchronous error is obtained. The influence law of stiffness ratio, friction damping ratio, the shift of mechanical coupling part's orthocenter on the non-synchronous error is developed. The experiments are taken on the DK-1200 machine tool with several different input signals, and the experiment results agree with the theoretical calculations. The accuracy of the calculation formula of the non-synchronous error is oroved.
