应用单向阀配流的高频往复泵的流量特性分析及优化设计 被引量:27

摘要 针对智能材料驱动的往复泵中应用单向阀配流时遇到的流量瓶颈问题,研究单向阀对高频往复泵整体流量特性的影响规律,并对泵系统的关键参数进行优化设计。建立锥形单向阀内部流体和刚体的动力学模型,以及应用该类型单向阀进行配流的往复泵系统的模型。对柱塞运动频率不同、单向阀结构参数相同的泵系统的工作过程进行仿真,分析单向阀的频宽对于泵系统输出流量的限制;对柱塞运动频率不同、单向阀结构参数随柱塞运动频率改变的泵系统的工作过程进行仿真,分析单向阀频响满足系统要求的前提下,泵的输出流量仍然存在瓶颈的原因。通过仿真比较,指出对系统进行伺服流量调节的较优方案是对柱塞的往复运动进行调幅控制。以泵系统的流量和容积效率为目标,采用粒子群优化算法,对系统的关键参数进行优化,得到一定条件下,被动配流泵系统相应目标的最优值。 Aiming at the flow bottleneck of the smart material driven pump applying check valves to rectification, the influence of check valves on the high frequency reciprocation pump flow characteristics is studied, and the key parameters of the pump system are optimized. Internal fluid and rigid dynamics of a conical poppet check valve are modeled, and the pump system utilizing this type of check valves is modeled. To analyze the flow rate restriction of check valve bandwidth, the pump system working process of different piston motion frequencies and the same structural parameters is simulated. To analyze the other factors of the flow rate restriction on the premise that the bandwidth of check valves meets system requirement, the pump system working process of different piston motion frequencies with which the structural parameters vary is simulated. By comparison of simulations, it is proposed that the better way of pump flowrate control is motion amplitude adjustment. Adopting particle swarm optinization method, the key parameters are optimized, with the goal of the flowrate Or the volume efficiency of pump system, and the relevant optimal performance of passive rectification pump system is observed.
