摘要
目的:通过124例慢性盆腔炎的临床观察,探讨治疗该病更有效的方法。方法:我院2011年9月—2013年3月共收治124例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各62例。对照组给予克林霉素磷酸酯治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合疗法,即在对照组治疗的基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:采用中西医结合疗法的治疗组有效率85.48%,采用西药治疗的对照组有效率72.58%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎具有一定的优势,值得推广。
Objective：By the clinical observation of 124 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, it was to investigate more effective treatment way of the disease. Methods ： From September 2011 to March 2013,124 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group, 62 cases of each group.The control group was given clindamycin phosphate, and the treatment group was given Chinese and Western medicine, adding Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results ： The effective rate of treatment group was 85.48%, and of control group was 72.58%, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The combination therapy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has certain advantages, and is worthy of promoting.
