摘要
目的:建立同时测定山银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Phenomenex LunaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离,以乙腈和0.4%醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长350nm。结果:绿原酸在77.15~771.5mg·L-1线性关系良好,平均回收率在101.7%(RSD1.71%);木犀草苷在1.536~15.36mg·L-1线性关系良好,平均回收率在101.6%(RSD2.03%)。结论:该方法简便,准确,快速易行,可同时测定山银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determining chlorogenic acid and Luteolin-7-O-glucoside in Lonicerae Flos.Methods:The analysis was carried out with Phenomenex Luna C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-0.4% acetic acid with gradient elution,and the detecting wavelength was at 350nm.Results:Chlorogenic acid and Luteolin-7-O-glucoside were linear in the range of 77.15 ~771.5 and 1.536~15.36mg·L-1 .Their average recoveries were 101.7%(RSD1.71%)and 101.6%(RSD2.03%)respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and quick,which can be used to control the quality of Lonicerae Flos.
