分析了当前馆员与读者间互动关系存在的问题,指出了增强二者互动关系的重要性,并提出了构建馆员与读者之间良性互动关系的有效举措。
This paper analyzes some problems existing in the benign interactive relationship between librarians and readers, points out the importance of strengthening the interactive relationship between the two sides, and puts forward some effective measures for constructing the benign interactive relationship between librarians and readers.
