摘要
基于AVRmega128单片机为主控制器,设计并实现了一数控稳压电源。220 V交流电压通过变压器降压后整流滤波得到稳定的直流电压,经过DC-DC降压电路得到可变电压范围,经DC-AC逆变电路并通过变压器升压将直流电压转换为0~180 V的交流电压,最后通过整流滤波将交流电压转换为0~220 V的直流电压。本设计最终能输出频率为50 Hz的交流电压0~180 V,直流电压0~220 V,输出最大电流200 mA,电压步进0.5 V;同时通过键盘可实现电压预制和步进增减,并且LCD12864实时显示预制电压,实测输出电压,人机界面友好。
A digital control voltage-stabilized power supply by adopting AVRmega128 single-chip as the CPU of numerical control module was designed and realized.220 V AC was stepped down by transformer and after rectification and filter,the stable DC voltage was obtained.The varied voltage range could be gained through DC-DC step-down circuit.By DC-AC inverter circuit and the transformer,the DC voltage was converted to 0-180 V AC voltage.After rectification and filter,0-220 V DC was gotten by transforming AC voltage to DC voltage.The designed voltage-stabilized power supply can output 0-180 V AC with 50 Hz,and 0-220 V DC with the maximum output current of 200 mA and the step value of 0.5 V.Meanwhile,the precast voltage and fluctuating voltage step can be realized through the keyboard control.The precast voltage can be timely displayed by LCD12864 and the output voltage can be measured with friendly interface.
