摘要
针对平贝母(Fritillaria ussuriensis)鳞茎机械化筛分中存在破碎损伤问题,利用物料分析仪对平贝母鳞茎进行了压缩试验和表面硬度试验,测得平贝母地下鳞茎的力—位移曲线以及最大破坏力,分析了平贝母地下鳞茎的破裂损伤规律。结果表明,平贝母鳞茎沿半月形扁圆鳞瓣方向挤压后破坏形式是破瓣,沿垂直半月形扁圆鳞瓣方向挤压后破坏形式是裂纹,破裂力差别明显,屈服力差别不明显,最大破裂力为52.25 N;自然干燥过程中平贝母鳞茎表面变硬,抗摩擦能力增强,果肉变柔,出现裂纹机率减小。
Aiming at the problems of high breakage rate on mechanical screening of bulbs of Fritillaria ussuriensis, the com- pression and surface hardness tests of underground bulbs of F. ussuriensis were performed using materials analyzer. Then, the displacement curve and the maximum damage force of bulbs of F. ussuriensis were obtained, and the pattern of breakage rupture of bulbs of F. ussuriensis was analyzed. The results showed that destructional forms of the bulb of F. ussuriensis a- long the extrusion direction after the half-moon oblate bulbs was broken valve, and the destructional forms of extrusion F. ussuriensis bulb vertical semilunar valve direction oblate phosphorus was cracking; rupture force was obviously different, the yield stress difference was not obvious, the maximum rupture force was 52.25 N. F. ussuriensis bulb surface became hard- ened, F. ussuriensis bulb anti-friction ability enhanced, F. ussuriensis bulb flesh became soft, and fiat fritillary bulb crack probability decreased during natural drying process.
