摘要
目的探讨经电切镜外鞘肾镜下气压弹道/超声碎石结合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的效果。方法对2009年6月—2012年7月收治的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石20例,采用经电切镜外鞘肾镜下气压弹道/超声碎石结合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗,观察效果。结果 20例手术均获成功,平均手术时间90 min,术后5～7 d拔除尿管,未发生电切综合征、膀胱穿孔等并发症,术后随访3个月,国际前列腺症状评分下降,排尿功能恢复正常。结论本术式治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石是一种简便、安全、高效、损伤小的治疗方法,但器械匹配方面仍需改进。
Objective To explore the effect of nephrolithotomy via epitheca resectoscope combined with transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder stones.Methods A total of 20 patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder stones during June 2009 and July 2012 underwent transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy（TUPKP） and nephrolithotomy via epitheca resectoscope,and the effectiveness was observed.Results All operations for the 20 patients were successful,and the mean operative time was 90 min.The urethral catheters were removed 5-7 d after operation.There was no TUR syndrome or vesical perforation.International Prostate Symptom Scores（IPSS） were decreased,and functional rehabilitation of urination were good in all patients with 3 months of follow-up.Conclusion The method of nephrolithotomy via epitheca resectoscope combined with TUPKP in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder stones is convenient,safe,effective and mini-invasive,but apparatus matching need to be improved.
