摘要
目的探讨治疗复杂性鹿角形肾结石的新方法。方法回顾性分析2009年7月～2011年11月22例复杂性鹿角形肾结石患者资料。均采取肾盂切开配合气压弹道碎石取除结石。结果本组22例均取石顺利,均未出现大出血及肾实质损伤。术后3个月行IVU检查,患肾显影良好,结石消失。结论采用经肾盂切口联合气压弹道碎石治疗复杂鹿角形肾结石值得基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore a new method for the treatment of complex staghorn calculi.Methods A retrospective analysis of 22 cases from Jul 2009 to Nov 2011.Results The calculus was removed uneventfully in all patients,all of patients had no major bleeding and calyx injury.IVU was performed at the third month postoperatively.Renal imaging well,gallstone disappeared.Conclusion The method is worthy to be popularized in basic level hospital.
