摘要
研究了铸态 TiAl合金在空气、纯氧及氢气等不同环境中的拉伸性能及断裂韧性,结果表明,TiAl合金在空气中存在由水汽诱发的环境氢脆,但脆化程度小于其它金属间化合物,气氛对TiAl的断裂韧性的影响也很小还讨论了TiAl合金对环境气氛不敏感性的原因。
The tensile properties and fracture toughness of a cast TiA1 alloy were investigated in various environments (air, O2, H2). The results showed that the environmental embrittlement induced by the moisture exists in TiAl alloy, but its hydrogen embrittlement indexes in air or in H2 were not as high as those of other intermetallics. The effect of various environments on the fracture toughness of the alloy is very limited. The reason that the cast TiA1 alloy was insensitive to environmental embrittlement was discussed.
