双磷酸盐相关颌骨骨坏死1例报道及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 双磷酸盐已被证实能有效地缓解湿疹样乳腺癌、骨质疏松症等疾病所致的高钙血症、病理性骨折、脊髓压迫等严重并发症，延长患者的生存时间，改善生活质量。自双磷酸盐相关颌骨骨坏死（bisphos-phonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws，BRONJ）作为双磷酸盐的并发症首次报道以来，其成因、诊断、治疗等相关的临床及实验室研究方兴未艾[1]。
