摘要
建立了一种利用荧光光电技术快速检测化妆品中致病菌的方法。分别对化妆品中的大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行检测。结果显示此方法检测大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的特异性良好,检测菌液和人工污染爽肤水及乳液样品的灵敏度均达到100cfu·mL-1,总检测时间可控制在14 h以内。
A rapid method for detection of pathogens in cosmetics based on fluorescent photoelectric technology was established. Detection of Escherichia coli, Pseudorrugnas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics was carried out based on this method. Results showed that the specificity of this method for detection of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus is good and sensitivity of this method applied on samples of pathogen culture liquid, artificial polluted skin lotion and cosmetic cream all achieves a level of 10^0 efu . mL-1. Total time required for the detection process can be controlled within 14 h.
