左乙拉西坦对海人酸大鼠点燃癫痫模型的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究左乙拉西坦(LEV)对海人酸大鼠点燃癫痫模型的作用。方法:Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为假手术组、模型组及LEV组,各10只。模型组大鼠侧脑室注射制作海人酸点燃模型;LEV组大鼠于制作模型前3天每天予LEV灌胃(40 mg/kg);假手术组侧脑室给予等量生理盐水。观察各组大鼠癫痫发作及神经元损伤情况。结果:LEV组大鼠癫痫模型点燃成功率、大鼠发作严重程度及海马CA3区神经元损伤程度均低于模型组。LEV组大鼠无死亡,模型组有大鼠发作致死。结论:LEV对海人酸诱导的大鼠癫痫模型有保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of levetiracetam (LEV) on kainic acid (KA)-induced kindling of rats. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham, model and LEV groups (n=10 respectively). Kindling models were induced in rats by intracerebroventricularl injection of KA. Rats in the LEV group received consecutively LEV treala-nent 3 days before intracerebroventricularl injection of KA whereas those in sham group were given equal saline. The achievement ofka-induced kindling, severity of seizures and neuronal damage in CA3 ofhippocampus were compared among three groups. Results: The ratio of KA-induced kindling and neuronal death in CA3 of the hippocampus in the LEV group were significantly lower than those in the model group. There was no death due to seizures in the LEV group, but in the model group. Conclusion: LEV could provide protective effect in KA-induced kindling of rats.
