摘要
目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清及组织中的白细胞介素-8(CXCL8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化及其在OSAHS咽喉部病理生理改变中的作用。方法:筛选经PSG监测确诊为OSAHS并行UPPP联合经口舌根梭形切除术患者28例为病例组,选择因慢性扁桃体炎行扁桃体摘除术患者9例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定人血清中的CXCL8、IL-10水平;用免疫组织化学法对软腭组织标本CXCL8、IL-10水平进行测定,并利用统计学软件进行分析。结果:①OSAHS中、重度组血清及组织中的CXCL8含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);②血清中的IL-10含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),软腭组织中的IL-10含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);③患者血清中的CXCL8含量与软腭组织中的CXCL8含量呈正相关,相关系数为0.474(P<0.05);④血清中的低IL-10含量与软腭组织中的高IL-10含量无相关性;⑤软腭组织中的CXCL8含量与IL-10含量呈正相关,相关系数为0.482(P<0.01)。结论:OSAHS患者体内CXCL8、IL-10与OSAHS患者软腭的病理生理改变密切相关。
Objective:Detection and significance of CXCL8,IL-10 in serum and tissue of the patients' with OS- HAS. Method: All subjects take serum CXCL8 and IL-10 levels were determined by ELISA. All subjects take the same position of the soft palate tissues in the operation. CXCL8 and IL-10 in the tissue expression was measured by immune histochemistry. Result: ①Serum CXCL8 levels in OSHAS is higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).②Serum IL-10 levels in OSHAS is lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). ③Tissues CXCL8 expression was correlated with serum CXCL8 (r= 0. 474, P〈0.05). ④Tissues IL-10 expression wasn't any correlated with serum IL-10. ⑤Tissues IL-10 expression was correlated with tissues CXCLS(r= 0. 482, P〈0.05). Conclusion:OSAHS may be a disease associated with inflammation, and closely relate with CXCL8 and IL-10.
