摘要
目的探讨泽泻水煎剂佐治原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将86例原发性高血压患者随机分成2组:对照组43例,单纯口服西药治疗;实验组43例,口服泽泻汤联合西药治疗。观察比较两组的近期疗效、血压变化及中医症候积分。结果实验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗后眩晕、头痛、腰酸、膝软、无心烦热等主症积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泽泻水煎剂辅助西药治疗原发性高血压能促进血压恢复正常,且能明显改善中医症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of zexie decoction on essential hypertension.Methods 86 patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（n=43）was given western medicine only,and treatment group（n=43）was added with zexie decoction.The clinical efficacy,change of blood pressure and the score of Chinese medicine symptom of the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results Aftr treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）;the levels of blood pressure of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）;the scores of vertigo,headache,backache,knee soft,centerless fanre of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Zexie decoction assisted with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension can significantly relieve the Chinese medicine symptom and adjust the blood pressure to normal.
