摘要
我国高校青年教师培训制度内嵌于高等教育管理体制中,体现的是政府在师资管理上对青年教师整体素质的统一要求。高校青年教师的培养从培训走向发展,不仅是高校自主办学的需要,也是对学术职业特点的深入认识在制度上的体现,更是一种教师管理思路和方式的转变。青年教师的发展包括五个维度:作为教师的教学发展、作为专业成员的职业发展、作为院校成员的组织文化适应、作为学术界成员的学术成长、作为独立个体的个人发展。
The young teachers' training system is a part of higher education administration system, reflec- ted in the government on the unified requirements for the quality of junior faculty. The transformation from training to development of young teachers' training is not only the need of higher institutes to run school independently but is the reflection in the system of the deep understanding of academic pro- fession. Moreover, it is the change in the thinking and manner of the management of the teaching staff. The development of junior faculty includes five aspects, the instructional development as a teacher, the career development as a professional person, the organizational development as a new member of special faculty, the academic development as a member of the academic circle and the per- sonal development as an individual.
