摘要 介绍了攀枝花大宝顶煤矿综放工作面大倾角、近距离复合软煤层、破碎顶煤顶板条件下综放工作面的顶板控制技术与工作面三机设备防倒防滑技术及管理的生产实践。分析了上端头顶板应力集中、顶煤破碎的原因及处理技术,对于工作面设备的管理经验进行总结,成功实现综放安全开采,在我国西南矿区厚煤层、大倾角、复合煤层或软煤综放开采中具有很高推广价值。 The paper introduced the roof control technology of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, the anti tilting and anti sliding technology of three machinery equipments in the coal mining face and the management production practices under the high inclined and closed distance complex soft seam and broken roof conditions in Panzhihua Dabaoding Mine. The paper analyzed the causes and handling technology of the stress concentration in the roof at the upper face end and top coal broken. The paper summarized the management experiences of the face equipments. A safety mining of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face was successfully realized and could have high promotion value in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of the thick seam, high inclined and complex seam or soft seam in China south - west minina area.
