摘要
元坝地区是中国石化天然气增储上产的重点探区,该区超深水平井的施工难度很大,斜井段与水平段的钻头优选是实现提速提效的关键技术之一。在分析传统钻头选型方法的基础上,以元坝地区的超深水平井为例,提出一种针对水平井斜井段与水平段的钻头优选方法。首先基于岩石力学实验成果和测井资料得到可钻性及其各向异性区域分布特征,然后利用神经网络算法建立完钻井适用钻头类型与对应地层抗钻特性之间的映射关系,在此基础上结合待钻水平井的工程和地质条件,计算得到斜井段与水平段的适用钻头类型。该方法在元坝272H井进行了运用,技术指标令人满意,极大降低了钻井成本。
It is difficult to drill ultra-deep horizontal well in Yuanba area by reason of complex geologic condition,the bit type selection is one of the key technologies to improve the ROP in inclined section and horizontal section.Based on the conventional bit selection method,a new bit type selection was put forward.Using the experiment results of rock mechanics and logging data got the formation drillability and anisotropic distribution features,and then established the mapping relationship between bit types and formation drillability through neural network method.Finally,the bit type suited for inclined section and horizontal section was obtained combining horizontal well drilling engineering technology and geologic conditions.The method has been used successfully in Yuanba 272H well,the drilling cost was greatly reduced.
