血浆脑钠肽、一氧化氮及血管紧张素Ⅱ在慢性心力衰竭患者中的变化及相互关系 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、一氧化氮(NO)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的变化及相互关系。方法选取CHF患者60例及正常人30例,检测BNP、NO、AngⅡ水平及左室射血分数(EF),进行组间比较及相关分析。结果 1)CHF组BNP、NO、AngⅡ水平明显高于正常对照组,而EF水平相反(P<0.01)。2)随着心功能减退,BNP、NO、AngⅡ水平逐渐升高(P<0.01或0.05)。3)EF与BNP、NO、AngⅡ呈负相关,BNP、NO及AngⅡ之间呈正相关(r>0或r<0,P<0.01)。结论 BNP、NO、AngⅡ参与了CHF形成的病理生理过程,且与CHF的严重程度有关。 Objective To investigate the changes and correlation of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), nitric Oxide (NO) and Angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ )in chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods The levels of BNP, NO, Ang Ⅱ and EF (left ventricular ejection fraction) were measured respectively in 60 cases of patients of CHF and 30 cases of normal con- trois. The analysis of variance and correlation were conducted to the results. Results 1)The levels of BNP,NO and Ang 1] in CHF group were significantly higher than normal controls,whereas EF level was lower(P〈0.01). 2) The levels of BNP,NO and Ang II goes up gradually along with heart function decrease. 3) There was a negative correlation between EF and BNP,NO,AngII ; a positive correlation between BNP, NO and AngⅡ (r)0 或 r〈0,P 〈0.01). Conclusion The BNP,NO and Angll were involoved in The pathophysiological process of the CHF,which is well correlated vith the serious degree of CHF.
