摘要 突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科的常见急症,发病机制尚不完全明确,近年来研究表明它是一种较为常见的免疫性疾病,应及时诊治。其治疗方法较多,糖皮质激素治疗已作为常规手段,其主要是通过与糖皮质激素受体结合后经不同途径发挥作用,包括抗炎-免疫作用、调节电解质平衡、调节内耳微循环等,但其作用机制尚不明确,该文就其可能的机制作一综述。 Sudden deafness is a frequent emergency in otorhinolaryngology,and its pathogenesis is not completely identified,but some researches in recent years show that it is a immune disease,which should be diagnosed and treated in time.Many treatment prescriptions have been applied,and glucocorticoid has been used as a routine method,which mainly acts through different approaches after combining with glucocorticoid receptor,including antiinflammatory-immune,regulating electrolyte balance and regulating cochlear microcirculation,though the mechanism of action is still indefinite,and here is to make a review of the possible mechanisms.
