摘要
目的:研究玉棠饮的降糖作用,探讨作用机制。方法:用肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠模型评价玉棠饮的降糖效果,采用四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型进行验证,测定血糖含量、肝糖原含量、α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。结果:玉棠饮高、中、低剂量组能降低血糖,提高肝糖原含量,抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,与模型组比有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:玉棠饮具有降糖作用,其降糖机制可能与抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性、抑制氧化应激对胰岛β细胞损伤,促进糖代谢有关。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effect of the extracts from yutangyin and its hypoglycemic mechanism. Methods: The adrenaline-induced hyperglycemia mouse model was used to evaluate the hypoglycemic effect of yutangyin. The alloxan diabetes mouse model was used to validate the effect and determine the blood sugar level, the content of hepatic glycogen and α-glucosidase activity. Results: Yutangyin extracts with high , middle and low doses could lower the blood glucose level , increase the glycogen content and inhibit the α-glucosidase activity. Comparing with the model group , the significant differences (P <0.05 or P <0.01) were showed. Conclusion: The hypoglycemic effect of yutangyin was proved and the hypoglycemic mechanism may be related to α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, inhibition of oxidative stress on β-cell damage and the promotion of glucose metabolism.
