摘要
目的探讨显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床治疗效果。方法 2008～2012年,本院收治的脑胶质瘤患者64例,行显微手术治疗,术后病理检查判断手术切除程度,并随访评价临床疗效。结果 64例脑胶质瘤患者显效39例、有效22例、无效3例,总有效率95.3%。术后随访3个月～2年复发7例,复发率10.9%。结论显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤对脑组织的损伤较小,能较好地保留重要的神经血管功能,有效降低了复发率和死亡率,生活质量明显提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of microsurgical operation in treatment of cerebral glioma.Methods From 2008 to 2012,64 glioma patients admitted to our hospital for example,microsurgical operation treatment,pathological examination after operation resection degree,and follow-up clinical evaluation.Results Of the 39 cases,64 cases of brain glioma patients were markedly effective 22 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.3%.Patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years,7 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 10.9%.Conclusion Microsurgical operation with less damage on brain glioma of brain tissue,can better retain important neurovascular function,effectively reduce the relapse rate and mortality,improved quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
