摘要 γ–亚麻酸主要分布在高等植物柳叶菜科、紫草科和虎耳草科种子油及真菌油脂中,具有降血压、降血脂、消炎、抗肿瘤、抗HIV等重要生理功能。该文综述γ–亚麻酸降血压功效,并对其降血压作用机制进行探究,包括改变脂肪酸组成、促进蛋白质基因表达等作用机制。 Gamma linolenic acid is mainly distributed in the seed oils of higher plants, such as onagraceae, borage and saxifrage, and also in fungi oils. Gamma linolenic acid can fall blood pressure and hematic fat, and be of the capability of anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-hiv and other important physiological functions. This paper summarizes the blood pressure-lowering effect of gamma linolenic acid, and mainly explores the mechanisms of this action, including the mechanisms of changing fatty acid composition and promoting protein gene expression, etc.
