摘要
针对油基钻井液目前存在的配制成本高、易污染环境、有一定的安全隐患等缺点,以具有可再生性能、安全性能和环境保护性能的生物柴油作为基油,研制出了全生物柴油基钻井液和生物柴油油包水钻井液。评价结果表明,全生物柴油基钻井液配方简单,流变性能良好,具有良好的抗高温(180℃)和抗水侵(10%淡水或10%饱和盐水)、钙侵(3%Ca2+)、劣土侵(10%钠膨润土)能力;油水比为8︰2的油包水钻井液密度达1.92g/cm3仍具有良好的流变性能和乳化稳定性;毒性低,对卤虫幼体的半致死浓度为36 114 mg/L,符合一级海区和二级海区生物毒性要求。生物柴油油包水钻井液在胜利油田渤页平1-2井中进行了应用,该体系性能稳定,在高密度情况下流变性能良好,施工过程中起下钻通畅,完井管柱下入顺利。
Considering the problems of common oil-based drilling fluid,such as high cost,environmental pollution and potentially safety hazard,the biodiesel-based drilling fluid system is developed.The optimum formulation is biodiesel+3% organic bentonite+1.5% SP-80+1% OP-10+2% Organic-lignite+2% oil soluble resin.The evaluation results show that this drilling fluid system has good performances of high temperature stability(220 ℃) and anti-pollution abilities(3% Ca2+,10% NaCl and 10% bentonite).Biological toxicity test shows that the LC50 of biodiesel based drilling fluid system is 36,114 mg/L that is higher than the discharge standard.The biodiesel based drilling fluid system is successfully applied in well of BoyeH1-2 in ShengLi oilfield.
