摘要 随着复合材料工艺的日益成熟,复合材料在工程领域的应用越来越广泛,薄壁耐压壳体开始大量采用复合材料制作。复合材料的力学特性不同于传统的金属材料,具有各向异性,采用传统的计算方法很难实现对复合材料的结构进行力学特性分析。基于ANSYS的有限元法能很好的模拟复合材料的结构形式,准确地对复合材料的结构进行有限元仿真计算。以两个缩比的带肋各向异性薄壁耐压壳体为模型,通过ANSYS有限元软件计算和试验验证,对比ANSYS有限元软件计算结果和试验结果。 As the composite materials technology has become more sophisticated, the composite materials has be used in the fields of engineering more widely. A large number of thin-walled pressure shell start to use of composite materials. The meehanical properties of the composite material is different from the conventional metallic materials with anisotropic, traditional method using the composite material is difficult to achieve the mechanical characteristics of the structure. Finite element method can be well simulated composite structure based on ANSYS , simulating the structure of the composite accurately. In this paper, two scaled ribbed anisotropic thin-walled pressure hull was established., The results was calculated by means of finite element software ANSYS and expreiment, contrasting the ANSYS software calculations and test results.
