摘要
目前对于煤矿用轮式推土机推土铲大臂系统的寿命评估工作主要是使用MSC-Fatigue软件分析法,结合疲劳耐久性集成化仿真分析流程确定其载荷谱,用实际大臂为研究对象对接头处进行疲劳试验,找出煤矿用轮式推土机推土铲大臂的裂纹扩展与使用寿命之间的关系,对起重机的剩余使用循环次数可以进行预测,可以对煤矿用轮式推土机推土铲今后的使用载荷有指导作用,减少发生事故的几率。
The coal mine with wheeled bulldozer blade arm system service life evaluation for main job is using MSC-Fatigue software analysis method, combined with fatigue durability of integrated simulation analysis process to determine the load spectrum, using the actual arm as the research object on the joints fatigue tests were carried out, find out mine wheeled bulldozer blade arm crack propagation and use the relationship between lifetime, the crane remaining cycles can be predicted, can be used to the coal mine wheel type dozer blades future load has the function of guidance, reduce the risk of accidents.
