摘要
西方国际关系理论的式微折射了后西方时代的来临,也将中国国际关系理论问题推上了历史的前台。然而,直至今日尚不存在系统、完善的中国国际关系理论。这一问题本质上涉及中国的理论自信与理论自觉大背景,因此不仅要从学科建设等硬环境中探寻对策,更要从中式文化传统中追溯求解。一方面,中华文化是一种世俗文化、学习型文化、多样性文化,加之中国现代化的路径依赖特征,阻碍了中国产生西式的国际关系理论;另一方面,中华文化的天下主义、道德理想主义以及和谐理念等均超越了西方国际关系理论的思想内核。随着中国崛起从器物、制度层面向精神层面推进,中国有望通过塑造"全球中国"身份,以中国梦实现世界梦,构建起超越西方自身的理论体系。在西方世界危机重重,西方国际关系理论面临深刻自我反思的今日,国际关系理论的中国梦正在开启。其内涵是源于中国而属于世界,其路径是复兴中华原生文明,包容西方文明,引领人类文明创新。
The fading Western international relations(IR) theory reflects the coming of the post-West era;meanwhile,the world eyes on Chinese IR theory for the first time in modern history.Until today,however,there is no single school or a series of theories that deserve the rubric of 'Chinese School' of IR.This issue essentially concerns the self-confidence and self-awareness of Chinese IR theory,which needs explorations from Chinese cultural tradition as well as the interactions between China and the world.Chinese secular,diverse and learning culture as well as the path-independence modernization prohibits China from building up its own international relations theory.However,Chinese cosmopolitanism,ethical idealism and harmony mentality go far beyond the spirit core of Western IR theories.Therefore,with the encouragement of self-confidence and self-consciousness in developing road,theory and political system,China is expected to construct its own theoretical framework.With Chinese identity updating from traditional China,modern China to global China,Chinese dream in IR theory is taking shape.
