摘要
随着经济的发展,超市已经成为消费者购买生鲜食品的主要渠道。生鲜食品供应商作为供应链的第一环节,是保证食品安全的源头,也是提高整个生鲜食品供应链竞争力的关键因素。基于质量安全、价格成本、服务水平、管理水平和人员素质建立超市生鲜食品供应商选择指标体系,运用熵组合权和TOPSIS法构建供应商选择模型,并通过A超市的生鲜食品供应商选择对熵组合权TOPSIS模型进行实证分析。
With the development of economy,supermarket has become a major place for consumers to purchase fresh food.Fresh food vendor,as the first link of food supply chain,serves as the foremost element to ensure food safety and critical factor to improve the competitiveness of the whole food supply chain.Based on quality、price and cost、service、managerial ability as well as personnel skills,supermarket fresh food vendor selection index system is constructed.Combined entropy combining weight and TOPSIS,vendor selection model is proposed and A supermarket serves as a case study prove the reliability of the model.
