摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高神经内科护士接待新病人护理到位率中的应用效果。方法神经内科病区10名护士自愿组成一个"圈",确立"提高神经内科护士接待新病人护理到位率"活动主题,对改进前接待新病人护理到位率方面通过发放病人问卷调查表、科内自查进行考核,分析原因,并制定和落实整改措施。结果 (1)有形成果:经品管圈活动,神经内科护士接待新病人护理到位率明显提高,达到并超出了预期目标。(2)无形成果:品管圈活动在团队精神、参与意识、积极性创造性主动性、护患沟通、自我认可度5个方面均有提高。结论开展品管圈活动不仅提高了护士主动服务的意识,优化了工作流程,提高了神经内科护士接待新病人护理到位率,提高了病人满意度,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。
Objectives: To discuss the effects of applying Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities in promoting nurses in-place rate when they receive new patients in the Neurology Department. Methods: Ten nurses in Neurology Department voluntarily formed a circle, and confirmed the theme of Promoting Nurses In-Place Rate When Receiving New Patients in the department. The circle surveyed patients with questionnaires, conducted self-appraisal within the department, analyzed the reasons of non-in-place, designed and implemented measures to promote in-place rate. Results: 1) Tangible results: QCC activities significantly increased the in-place rate, which exceeded expected goals. 2) Intangible results: QCC activities improved the nurses in five aspects as follows: team spirit, sense of participation, initiative, nurse-patient communication, and self- recognition. Conclusions: QCC activities promoted nurses sense of proactive service, optimized workflow, increased the in-place rate of nurses when they receive new patients in Neurology Department, and improved patients satisfaction. Moreover, they promoted the circle members team spirit and quality control abilities.
