摘要
本文研究了我国出口的发展是否会导致技术与非技术工人之间的工资差距扩大。文章首先拓展了“新新贸易理论”的异质性企业模型,引入了两阶段生产模式并区分了技术与非技术劳动力在生产中的不同角色;同时,我们合理地假设技术与非技术工人间的工资差距取决于两者所获得的与异质性企业利润挂钩的绩效工资。模型的结果表明,当出口贸易自由化以后,出口企业的销售和利润上升,如果技术工人具有更强的讨价还价能力,那么他们会由于绩效工资的相对上升而拉大与非技术工人的工资差距。然后本文利用2000~2007年的中国工业企业数据库,对我国规模以上企业进行了计量分析。结果表明企业出口密集度每上升1%,会引起工资差距拉大0.3%。该结果通过了各种稳定性检验。
In this article, we have researched whether the development of China's export may result in the widening of the wage gap between technical workers and non-technical workers(NTW). First of all, we have extended the model, of the het erogeneous firms, of'the new- plus- new theory', introduced the two-stage production model and distinguished the different roles, in production, of the technical labor force and the NTW. At the same time, we have reasonably assumed that the wage gap between the technical workers and the NTW is hinged up on the performance wage, obtained by the two kinds of workers, that links with the profit of the heterogeneous firms. The results of our model indicate that, after the export trade was liberalized, the sale and the profit of the export firms rose, and that if the technical workers have still greater ability of bargaining, they, because of the relative rise of the performance wage, will widen the wage gap be tween them and the NTW. Then, by the use of the database of China's industrial firms between 2000 and 2007, we have made statistical analysis of China's firms above scale. The results show that when the concentration degree of the firm's export rises by 1%, it will lead to greater wage gap by 0.3%. This conclusion has been steadily examined by var ious means.
