摘要
[目的]测定并比较蔓荆子、升麻、辛夷花、牛蒡子4种解表类中药材中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn元素含量。【方法】采用HNO3:HCIO4(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定4种金属元素含量。【结果】工作曲线相关性r〉0.99617,回收率在94.72%~105.92%,RSD〈2.346%。4种中药材中元素含量差异不大,其中各样品中Fe含量均较zn、Cu、Mn含量丰富。【结论】4种解表类中药材中微量元素含量差异的测定可为其进一步综合利用提供相关数据参考。
[Objective] The aim was to determine and compare the contents of elements Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn in four kinds of drugs FRUCTUS VITICIS, RHIZOMA CIMICIFUGAE, FLOS MAGNOLIAE and FRUCTUS ARCTII. [Method] The contents of elements Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn were determined ,by using HNO3 : HClO4 (4+1) sample decomposition, determination of four metal elements contents--Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method. [Result] The work curve correlation r〉0.996 17, the recovery rate was 94.72%-105.92%, RSD〈 2.346%. Four different elements in Chinese herbal medicine was little difference, the contents of Fe in samples were bighter than Zn, Cu, Mn contents. [Conclusion] The determination of trace dlements differences of four kinds of diaphoretic Chinese medicinal herbs could provide data relevant reference to the further utilization.
