摘要
目的进一步了解阿奇霉素不良反应发生情况,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法收集有关阿奇霉素不良反应报告单共145例,对其不良反应类型及临床表现进行分析。结果 145例阿奇霉素不良反应报告中,消化道反应40例(27.6%),过敏反应29例(20.0%),心血管系统26例(17.9%),肝脏损害20例(13.8%),血液系统损害13例(9.0%),呼吸道反应10例(6.9%),其他7例(4.8%)。结论阿奇霉素治疗各种感染时,应密切观察其不良反应,尤其是严重不良反应,以免发生严重后果。
Objective To further understand the status of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） caused by azithromycin to provide the basis for clinical safe medication.Methods 145 reports about adverse drug reactions caused by azithromycin were collected to analyze the types of ADRs and clinical features.Results Among the 145 reports,there were 40 cases of gastrointestinal reaction（27.6%）,29 cases of allergic reaction（20.0%）,26 cases of cardiovascular system reaction（17.9%）,20 cases of liver damage（13.8%）,13 cases of blood system damage（9.0%）,10 cases of respiratory reactions（6.9%） and the other 7 cases be longed to others（4.8%）.Conclusion It is necessary to observe the adverse reaction closely when azithromycin is applied to treat various infections,especially the serious adverse reaction,to avoid severe consequences.
